We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong UX focus who wants to help shape how people experience and interact with the AI of the future.
The role
You will join at an early stage in the company's journey and have the opportunity to influence the product, ways of working and how the design function develops over time.
You will work closely with product owners and engineers throughout the product journey, from user insights and concepts to finished solutions. You will play an important role in developing how design is used and how UX is integrated as the company grows.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop the UX work.
- Plan and conduct user research.
- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering.
- Help develop design processes and ways of working.
Some of the questions you will work on:
- How do you build trust in AI?
- How do you create transparency in AI-generated results?
- How do you design products where people and AI collaborate naturally?
Who are you?
We believe you are an experienced Product Designer with deep UX expertise and a strong user focus.
You have experience developing digital products, are used to working closely with engineering teams and thrive in an environment where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on work. Experience from a startup or scaleup is a plus.
