About Klang
Klang turns conversations into structured data. Meetings, calls, hearings and interviews become transcripts, summaries and analyses in Nordic languages. We build and run our AI in Europe for organisations where security, privacy and trust are essential.
Why an open application?
We are growing, and the best colleagues rarely show up exactly when we have a posting out. So we accept applications year round, whether or not there is an advertised role that fits you.
Klang is a small team. A new colleague is felt right away, in the product, with our customers and in how we work. We would rather hear from you too early than too late.
Who we would like to hear from
We build AI for conversations where quality, security and trust decide the outcome. That takes more than engineers. Right now we are especially curious about people who:
- Build full-stack in Node.js and React, or train and evaluate models for speech and language
- Design products where people and AI work together
- Sell to or build relationships with the public sector, legal and research
- Help customers get started and get more out of the product
- Have a skill we have not thought of, but that you think would make Klang better
How we work
We are based in Helsingborg and Stockholm and work hybrid. Decisions are made quickly, and you are close to the technology, the users and the decisions from day one.
We value curiosity, care and humility over titles. Ideas win because they are good, not because they come from the right person.
