An AI meeting assistant that never misses a meeting
Connect your calendar once. Klang joins your Google Meet, Teams and Zoom calls, records them, and has notes with decisions and to-dos ready when you hang up. Weeks later, it still answers questions about what was said.
01
What the assistant does
A meeting assistant should do what a good human assistant would: show up, keep an accurate record, write up what was decided, and remember it all when you ask later.
Klang's assistant joins scheduled digital meetings automatically, records in-person conversations through the mobile app, and accepts uploaded files for everything else. Each conversation comes back transcribed, with speakers separated and a draft of the notes.
02
Set it up once
From calendar to finished notes:
- Connect your calendar. Klang sees your upcoming meetings and knows which ones to join. You decide the rules: all meetings, only certain ones, or ask each time.
- The assistant joins the call in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, visible to everyone, and records.
- Minutes after the meeting ends, the transcript and notes are ready: summary, decisions, to-dos, every sentence linked to the audio.
03
The part no human assistant can do
Every meeting the assistant attends becomes part of one searchable record. Ask 'what did we promise the customer about delivery?' and you get the answer with a citation: which meeting, who said it, and the exact moment in the recording.
Recurring analyses run on their own: a Monday summary of last week's meetings, open to-dos across all projects, or every objection raised in sales calls this month.
04
In the room, not just online
Not every important conversation happens on the calendar. With Klang on mobile you capture on-site meetings, interviews and workshops with the same structure, security and workflow as the digital ones.
05
Under your control
The assistant is visible in the meeting, so no one is recorded unaware. Recordings are processed in Europe under a data processing agreement, never used to train AI, and Klang is ISO 27001:2022 certified. Informing participants remains your responsibility, and Klang makes it easy to see that the assistant is there.
More than meeting notes

Frequently asked questions
How does the assistant join my meetings?
You connect your calendar, and Klang joins the digital meetings you choose in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. It appears as a visible participant, records the meeting and delivers the transcript and notes when the meeting ends.
Can other participants see the assistant?
Yes, always. The assistant joins as a visible participant, so everyone in the meeting can see that it is being recorded.
What do I get after each meeting?
A transcript with named speakers, a summary, the decisions and the to-dos. Every sentence links to its place in the recording, so you can check the exact wording of anything.
Does it work for in-person meetings?
Yes. Record in the room with the Klang mobile app, or upload an audio or video file afterwards. The result is the same: transcript, speakers, notes.
Where is my data processed?
In Europe. Klang is built in Sweden, offers a data processing agreement, never uses your conversations to train AI and is ISO 27001:2022 certified. On-premise installation is available for organizations that need it.
