Option 1: Zoom's built-in transcription
Zoom can generate captions live and, with cloud recording on paid plans, an audio transcript of the recording. For a quick look back at a meeting, that can be enough.
The limits show when the transcript needs to be a record. The transcript lives inside Zoom's cloud, editing is rudimentary, there are no summaries or decisions, and everything said in meetings you do not host stays out of reach. If your organization has rules about where meeting data may be stored, Zoom's cloud is a question to answer, not a given.
