Interview with Kim - Customer Engagement in Focus

Today we meet Kim Palmqvist, who is responsible for the commercial operations at Klang.ai. Kim meets our users daily and listens to their challenges. We asked Kim five short questions about the most common challenges and benefits of automatic transcriptions.

What problems and challenges do customers at Klang.ai encounter in their work?

The challenge with manual transcriptions, especially for those who don't do it professionally, is that it's time-consuming. It takes a lot of time! Now that development has made automatic transcriptions as sharp as they are and more and more people are opening their eyes to how good it is, we see enormous interest in doing it automatically instead of doing it manually.

In the system, are there any features that have been inspired or added by customer feedback?

I would say that after we got the chat function into the system, where users can get in touch with us, we have directly received feedback when people are actually sitting and working in the system.

That has been valuable and will be valuable. It's the customers who will drive the extra functionality that we're developing right now and that we will develop. So at the request of customers and wishes from customers, we will improve the solution all the time.

What are some features that are especially valuable then?

It depends a bit on which vertical, i.e., which industry the user is in. Lately, I have talked to many who do a lot of interviews and summaries, and the questions and answers generated from the conversations are very appreciated. Customers are impressed by what you get out of there nowadays.

What do users think are the biggest advantages of the service?

There are probably cases that are a bit more unique and individual, but if you want to point out a single thing where we make an enormous difference, it's the time we save for our customers.
